Came here for one night, recommendable. The breakfast was local for vegeterians, the food was good. The staff were all really helpful and well-trained. The ambience felt really quiet and the service was excellent...

This hotel was a bit too design in my opinion. I actually had to stay longer in Bandung but booked another hotel because the interior of this hotel was seriously depressing... I felt like I was staying in a prison.

Their service for local taxi or limo was great. Service for booking a cab was fast too. Staff were friendly in giving recommendations on where we should go. Hotel has a nearby supermarket and very accessible from airport. Perfect!

I like the colourful within hotel, the buffet make me wanna eat more and more and the view in my room was unbelievable.

The breakfast at Holiday Inn was a delightful surprise. Unlike other guests' experiences, I found a wide variety of tasty and different dishes every morning. The hotel took my feedback seriously and made positive changes to their menu. I was impressed with their responsiveness and dedication to customer satisfaction. During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the wide variety of food options offered at the hotel's restaurant and the friendly staff that served us. The location was great, nestled in a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city center with easy access to public transportation. the pool was a major highlight of our stay, with crystal clear water and a serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.

The gym equipment provided was outdated and did not meet our expectations. Despite these setbacks, we were able to enjoy our stay and make the most of our Christmas vacation.

The hotel is quite far from the city center and not close to any attractions. However, the location is convenient for those who need to get to Jakarta International Airport as the hotel provides a taxi service. The breakfast has a great selection with new dishes added regularly. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Some of the room facilities, such as the toilet spray and bath towels, have degraded over time and need improvements.
